Clinic Updates

Just 4 more weeks to go!

Parents, please make sure all students who are present at school have been free of fever, vomiting, diarrhea, and eye discharge for at least 24 hours. Fever should be gone WITHOUT the use of fever reducing medications. Fever is defined as any temperature of 100 degrees F or higher.

All Immunization records submitted for registration MUST be signed or stamped by the physician or his/her designee or public health personnel per State of Texas requirements.
