Ranthambore National Park

In Rajasthan there are some famous National Parks and Wildlife Sanctuaries namely are, the Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary, Sariska Wildlife Sanctuary, Ranthambore National Park and Desert National Park. The Ranthambore National Park and Sariska Wildlife Sanctuary are known worldwide for their tiger population and advised by both wild lovers and photographers as the best places in India to spot tigers. Here are many small houses in wildlife sanctuaries and eco-tourism parks (special area marked as wildlife reserves). Easily seen among them are like Bhensrod Garh Sanctuary, Mount Abu Sanctuary, Darrah Sanctuary, Kumbhalgarh Sanctuary, Jaisamand Sanctuary and Jawahar Sagar sanctuary. These national parks and sanctuaries are in different kinds of wildlife including some rare and at risk species. Here the wildlife include sambar, Tigers, panthers, Chinkara, bison, Black bucks, the rare desert fox, wild boars, antelopes, deer, monitor lizards, the danger caracal etc. A part of that, they shelter different kinds of exotic and colorful birds including seasonal birds including Siberian cranes who flock to this region during the winters.


The fresh vegetation covers combined with decent availability of waters support huge type’s animals in wildlife. For a nearly small area, the Ranthambore shelters over 272 bird species, 30 species of mammal, 12 reptile species and 350 plant species along with 50 aquatic plants. While to tour Ranthambore National Park, you can see some tigers rome cleverly in the fresh grasslands in search for their chased or drinking water on the banks of lakes and watering holes during the time of evening.
