Choose a variety of healthful, low-calorie food. They need more nutrients and less calories. NO unpasteurized cheese, raw fish, raw milk, soft cheese, lightly cooked egg, raw meat or poultry or raw sprouts. Good nutrients = longer life. Should choose nutrient dense foods.
