President Lincoln has recently released the Emancipation Proclamation, freeing slaves from Confederate states.
Is The South Angry With Lincoln?
Although Lincoln is the President, the South does not agree with his ways. The South believes that it is humane to treat colored people as property instead of humans. Slaves were the South's main way to harvest crops, so they're left with the dreadful question, what do we do now?
Does The North Support It?
The real question is, do we support it? I believe that we, the great community of The North, are major advocates for this movement. Our economy is based on manufacturing, not slave labor, so what do we have to lose?
