If your child needs to take any medications throughout the school year, please email the school nurse for the appropriate paperwork. Do not send medications in with your child. Medications must be dropped off by a parent and appropriate paperwork must be filled out, see attached.
If your child has severe allergies to anything that would require medical attention, please email our school nurse so that she can get a plan in place for the first day of school. Anything not life threatening can be placed on the back of the emergency card.
If your child has any other medical needs that we need to know about prior to the first day of school, please contact our school nurse via email.
Please do not send sick children to school. Children need to be fever, vomiting, and/or diarrhea free, without the use of fever reducing medication, for 24 hours before returning to school.
