Happy Easter!
I normally don't send out the newsletter quite this early; however, with the impending bad weather, I wanted to make sure I got a chance to wish all of you a Happy Easter. I know none of us are having the Easter celebrations we planned or desired. Most of us are separated from our family members and extended family members and if you are like me, this makes you very sad. There are so many things we have had to personally give up since the beginning of this worldwide pandemic. We have also had to miss out on so many fun activities with our students. So this year, on Easter Sunday, let's focus on the true meaning of the day and what it represents. Let us find the joy in our blessings and be grateful for the wonderful opportunities we have had. Remember to fill your hearts full of hope and prayers for better days to come.
I encourage all of you to stay weather aware on Sunday, stay in, and stay safe!
Online Learning!
I wanted to commend all of you on the great job you have done providing online learning opportunities to our students! I know this hasn't been an easy transition, but all of you have done whatever it takes to get the job done. In fact, many of you are now using apps and online programs that you have not used before in your classroom to keep your students learning and engaged. We are all learning together, working hard, and doing the best we know how. Thank you all for your patience as we navigate all of these changes. Please email me with questions or if you need help with anything. Keep up the great work!
It's a Boy(s)!
Wow! It looks like we are going to have a few boys added to our TES family over the next few months! It is hard to believe that the four ladies on our staff who are expecting babies are ALL going to have boys! How much fun is that going to be! Congratulations to:
- Mrs. Castillo - 2 boys (twins)
- Mrs. Whitten - boy
- Mrs. Johnson - boy
- Mrs. Vincent - boy
Ladies, rest and take care of yourself. We all look forward to meeting and welcoming all these new little boys to our family very soon!
