Traffic Tidbits
Thank you for a smooth start to our school year! Even with some minor changes in our pickup and dismissal routines, our families have done a great job keeping our students safe. Here are some traffic tidbits:
If your child needs to eat BREAKFAST, please note that breakfast is served at 7:30. If a student arrives after 8:05, the first bell has rung and the expectation is that students should report to the classroom at that time. If you are dropping your student off on Jackson Street AND your child needs breakfast, the BEST time to eat is 7:30-8:05.
A HUGE shout out to our K families and 1st-5th grade student walkers. We are now dismissing Kindergarten students on Donelson Drive 3:00-3:15. This area should only be used for Kindergarten families. Students in 1st-5th grade who are walking home will be dismissed after 3:15, when K students have dismissed.
