Wrapping Up the Year....
As you are going into your classrooms and locker rooms to clean out the 2019-2020 school year, please take some time and reflect on the good things that happened in those rooms this year......the 'light bulb going off' for that one student or athlete who finally understood what you were trying so hard to get them to learn, the student who came to class on time and turned in their work, that small child running to give you a hug after a long weekend or that senior who 'made it' despite your worries!
While you are reminiscing, don't forget to take the credit and congratulate yourself for making a difference - because each of you made a difference in a student's life this year. And even better, you will continue making a difference for many years to come!
Each of you are true WARRIORS and while I know this ending is tough, I also believe we will be stronger because of it.
