Wristbands for the first 2 days
Each PK through 1st grade student that attended Meet the Teacher should have received a colored wrist band specific to their teacher or grade level. Please wear the wrist band the first two days of school as the teachers are getting to know their students. This will help everyone in the building easily identify them and ensure they get to the appropriate location.
Complete your Skyward Beginning of Year forms
82% of our Wrangler families have completed their Skyward Beginning of Year forms!! If you have not completed your forms, you should receive a separate email.
For the 2021-22 school year, all required Lamar Consolidated ISD beginning-of-year forms must be completed online through the Skyward Family Access Center.
Offering these forms digitally allows you the convenience of only updating information that has changed from last school year, while also helping us maintain accurate information in our student information system. Instructions, important dates and technical assistance regarding the online forms can be found by clicking here: https://www.lcisd.org/students-parents/family-access/beginning-of-year-forms. Included below is a document with instructions to reset your Family Access username/password if you have forgotten it.
Online forms will be available through the Family Access Center starting today, Aug. 1, and all forms need to be submitted no later than Sept. 17th. Your student’s schedule will not be available online through the Family Access Center until all of the beginning-of-year forms are completed for your student and after the campus has released schedules if all online forms have been completed.
For those who need access to a computer or the Internet, computers will be available on campus Monday – Thursday, 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. starting Monday, August 9.

No Cost Breakfast and Lunch Meals for ALL students
Lamar CISD has announced its participation in the Seamless Summer Option for the 2021-2022 school year, offering healthy meals every school day to all students at no cost.
Typically, a student’s household must meet income eligibility requirements to qualify for free or reduced-price meals. However, the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) issued guidance that allows schools to offer meals to all students at no cost for the 2021-2022 school year.
While no application or eligibility determination is required for our students to receive free meals this school year, income eligibility requirements will likely resume in the 2022-2023 school year.
Extra lunch entrees and a la carte items are not included with the no cost meals. You may send cash (no change will be given) or upload money to your child's account electronically - https://www.schoolcafe.com/.
