Reflect over the x-axis
This means that the point that is in the x's place will remain the same and the y will change from positive to negative or negative to positive.
Example: (x,y) would go to (x,-y)
So if the original point is (2,-3) then the new point is (2,3)
Translate over the y-axis
This means that the point that is in the y's place stays the same and the x will change from negative to positive or positive to negative.
Example: (x,y) would go to (-x,y)
So if the original point is (2,3) would make the new point (-2,3)
Translate y=x
For this one you will switch the numbers.
Example: (x,y) changes to (y,x)
So if the original point is (2,3) the new point would be (3,2)
