Parents, please be reminded that students may not enter the building until 7:45 a.m. each morning. Please keep this in mind when dropping them off in the morning, as no one is available to supervise them before our doors open. Also, school dismisses at 3:45 p.m. each day. All students must be off campus by 4:00 p.m. as no one will be available to supervise them. CPS may be contacted for students who are left on campus after 4.

Senior Parent Night

We are pleased to welcome your family into our school for Senior parent night on Thursday, September 21st at 6:00 pm. We will discuss the upcoming, SAT testing, requirements for graduation, FAFSA, the college application process, and community service hours. You will have an opportunity to meet the college counselors and to become familiar with our school. This will help you and your children understand the requirements for graduation and prepare for college acceptance.

yearbook sales

Yearbooks are on sale! Yearbooks can be preordered from now until March 29th, 2018. Those who preorder will do so through the website yearbookordercenter.com, with the school code 19768. Preorders are $30 for a hard cover, $35 for a hard cover with a digital name imprint, and $22 for a soft cover. After March 29th, 2018, yearbooks will have to be purchased from the front office (check, card, or money order). The prices for purchases from the front office will be $35 for a hard cover (digital name imprint will no longer be available), and $27 for a soft cover. Quantities of each type of cover will be limited. To ensure a lower price and your choice of cover, order today!

This year, you can also design and purchase a dedication for your student. Full page dedications are $80, half pages are $42, and quarter pages are $22. Dedications are created by the purchaser online, also at yearbookorcercenter.com. The yearbook advisers will review submissions and notify parents of needed changes, if any. All submissions must be in by March 29th, 2018 to ensure time to review and change (as needed) before yearbooks are printed.

If you have photos from school events, activities, games, etc., you can share them with the yearbook team by uploading them to hjeshare.com (school code HSAEULESS). Pictures that are not high enough quality will not be able to be used in the yearbook, so make sure to upload the original file size. Also, please provide as much information as possible when uploading pictures--you can tag with names and activities.

Parent meeting for the washington dc trip

If you are attending the Washington, DC trip on September 27th, please attend the mandatory meeting on September 20th at 5:00pm. Also, please bring a parent or guardian. You will learn valuable information about our trip. We will also answer questions regarding the trip.

practice PSAT/NMSQT

On Saturday, September 23, 2017, at 9:00 am, we will offer a practice PSAT/NMSQT at our school for grades 8-11. This is the preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test. We also use this test as a qualifier for Pre-AP and AP Courses. Student guides with test taking tips will be distributed during Advisory.

The test will take approximately 3 hours and will include the following sections:

Reading-60 minutes-47 Questions
Writing/Language -35 minutes -44 Questions
Math (No Calculator)-25 minutes-17 Questions
Math (With Calculator)-45 minutes-31 Questions

Breakfast will be served, and a free jean pass will be provided to students who attend. RSVP by September 20, 2017, using this link. Students who do not RSVP will not be permitted due to space. If you have any questions, please contact one of the counselors Mr. Senlik or Mrs. Lewis.

Jean Day Wednesday

Students, for a small donation of $2, you may wear jeans with a college shirt on Wednesdays. Jeans may be worn every Friday with any Harmony spirit or athletic shirt!

ESL Parent Night Costumes & Cookies

October 24th from 6:30pm - 7:30pm in the HSA Euless Cafeteria. Please join us for our First ESL Parent Night of the 2017-2018 school year. You and your child may come in your family friendly Halloween Costume and enjoy cookies, refreshments, and a short presentation. Please RSVP by 10/23. Hosted jointly by the ESL Departments of HSA and HSI Euless.

Important Notice: Meal account balances (both negative and positive) will carry over to the 2017-2018 school year. Due date to pay off any unpaid balance that has carried over from the previous school year is August 31st, 2017. Alternate Meals for the 2017-2018 school year will begin on September 1st.

Dear Parent,


If you are planning to withdraw please provide at least 24 hour notice by emailing our school registrar, Mrs. Aranda, at yaneli.aranda@harmonytx.org. This notification will allow adequate time to prepare necessary forms for the process. Same day requests will still require a 24 hour notice.


The following records will be provided upon completion of withdrawal:


  • Copy of Withdrawal form.
  • A copy of the student's Transcript.



  • Any STAAR TESTS will be mailed home upon receipt to campus.
  • Final Report cards will be mailed home within the first week of June.



Please be advised that once school resumes classes all official records will be forwarded to the new campus once their request has been submitted.


Upon your student(s) withdrawal, the following school fees must be paid in full:



  1. Lunch balances
  2. Book fees (or returned)
  3. Chromebook fees (or returned)
  4. Charger fees (or returned)
  5. Any school property items
  6. Damages to any school property
  7. Other (etc...)

Cafeteria News

Nutritious meals are available daily for a price of$1.70 for breakfast, $3.00 for lunch, and $0.50 for a la carte milk. Each student is provided a lunch account on to which money may be deposited. Households are also encouraged to log in to their child’s account (using the parent password), go to the “Lunch” tab, and click on ONLINE LUNCH APPLICATION to apply for free or reduced price meals. If you need the parent password reset, please call the school and ask to speak with the Lunch Clerk.

Should a student’s meal account balance fall below $0, he /she will be allowed to charge up to –$15.00. Once the negative meal account balance limit is reached, the student will receive an alternate meal. Alternate meals consist of cereal, fruit, and milk for breakfast; and for lunch, a sandwich, vegetable, and milk. If a student is later approved for free meals, they will begin receiving meals immediately. However, the household is still responsible for paying the negative account balance. DRESS CODE NOTICE

Dear Parents and Students,


Please be informed that there is NO change in the school dress code policy. We would like to clarify our policy for outerwear.

Dress Code regarding outerwear in Student Handbook (please refer to page 17):


  • No outerwear, such as windbreakers, jean jackets, or ski jackets, may be worn inside the classroom. Such items must be stored in the student’s locker.
  • “Hoodies” may not be worn inside the school building.
  • No pullovers or sweatshirts are allowed.


What can be worn:

  • School cardigan sweaters (with or without buttons/zipper) in solid red, white, black, navy blue or grey.
  • Solid-colored, long-sleeve shirt under their uniform top in red, black or navy blue.
  • Other items that are worn to school will need to be left in the locker before going to the classroom.
