The benefits of being flexible

- A well-stretched muscle more easily achieves its full range of motion.
How does one improve their flexibility?
One way is to do a dynamic warm up before activity.
Every day in gym, everyone has to warm up before and after an activity. Before I walk or run a trail, I stretch first.
