Week in Review
Tasks
Task 2: Mrs. Juarez, is working with our EL Coordinator and observing classrooms to get to know students and staff.
Task 3: I was available for code.org and teachers as tech support. Mrs. Juarez and I, along with teachers took the training to support our community. Lisa Sandberg was the host for the training. We are hoping to offer another training as it is free and their are gifts.
Task 4: Organized the CCSS Mathematics parent training for Gus Parents. The session will include understanding the 8 mathematical practices, a lesson with manipulatives and the expository explanation with the numeric equation.
Task 5: Volunteer training was taken over by the AAIIAC; Dora Juarez.
Task 6: Worked with Leslie, shared IT support, and discussed technology concerns and needs. I am glad to have the support.
Task 7: We have recreated our SOAR Falcon ticket award in order to support our PBIS Tier I initiative. Each substitute will get a different color ticket to give out to students. We are also giving substitutes our school PBIS plan by the end of September. It will go into their folder.
