REMINDERS
Change is not easy but is necessary to have a different result than what we are currently getting!! Follow this program as close as possible for 30 days and know after your 30 days we will teach you the 80/20 lifestyle rule! Stay as close to this program as possible if you mess up do not worry start again! READ and PREP no short cuts!! We have all been where you are right now and we cannot wait to hear your results!

We are all here for you!! Your consultant/Coach, This group made up of past, current and post 30 day Eating Clean champions and we have all been where you are starting on day 1! We are all here to help each other live a healthier US, whatever that looks like it is unique to you! We all start at different places, there is NO JUDGEMENT here so feel free to share or ask questions lets all try to keep it positive because I promise whatever you are going through will pass! REMEMBER our body is adjusting to real nutrition and toxins are little mean things that are not happy when we force them out of our body LOL Lock arms with us and KNOW your life is about to change in a VERY good way!! We are here to coach and cheer you on but you are making the COMMITMENT TO DO IT!! We are honoured to be on this wellness journey with you! DO your PREP this weekend so Monday you are go for launch!
PREP DAY 1 – WELCOME
Congratulations! You’ve made the first step in improving your inner and outer health. You’re on a journey to embrace a holistic approach to beauty, health, and overall wellbeing. 30 Days to Healthy Living helps your focus on your whole self so you can flourish from the inside out — Mind. Body. Skin.
Everyone has their own definition of what healthy living means: having more energy, looking your best, incorporating good eating habits, having radiant-looking skin or improving self-esteem and happiness. Whatever your reason, this is your commitment to yourself to work toward those goals.
So set your goals and consider this is your community of support. Not only are we each committing to this lifestyle change, but we’re also committing to each other that we’ll offer support and accountability. YOU are taking charge of your life, but we are all here to help! Now let’s get this started!

PREP DAY 3 - EXCHANGE OF VOWS
Repeat after us!
I will consistently make time to take care of myself, follow my healthy living plan every single day, look in the mirror and be proud of who I see — no matter where I am on this journey. I will remind myself every day that I am owning my wellbeing including my body, my mind, and my overall appearance! I will stay engaged with this group and own my decisions.
TIP: Have you written out your “Why”? This is your reason for doing this challenge. You can keep your motivation strong when there’s a constant reminder of why you are committing to 30 Days to Healthy Living.

PREP DAY 4 - MEAL PREPPING
A great way to stay consistent during this challenge is by planning your meals. Most people underestimate the amount of food they eat and overestimate the amount of liquid they drink every day. It’s important to consume the right amount and balance of nutrients to support your body’s needs, along with enough hydration, which is what meal planning can help you do!
Here are a few tips from fellow Arbonne community members on how they successfully plan their meals:
I plan at least five meals for the week and make a grocery list that includes things I need for those meals. It helps me shop faster and know what we will be having to eat.
I like to prepare raw vegetables ahead of time and put into storage containers in the fridge. It makes meal preparation easier if I’m in a hurry
I use an app to keep track of my favorite recipes online and to find inspiration.
PREP DAY 5 - BUT FIRST, SELFIE
It’s picture day! Take your selfie! We love to put a face to everyone’s names so we can support one another through this journey.
PREP DAY 6 - OUT OF SIGHT, OUT OF MIND
Get your 30 Days to Healthy Living products organized and ready. Most importantly, clean your pantry and fridge to ensure you are stocked with the healthy foods you’ll need to follow and stick to your plan. TIP: If you are keeping food in the house for kids or other family members, move it to another location so all you see are healthy choices!
PREP DAY 7 - READY! SET! GO!
Here’s your 30 Days to Healthy Living Cheat Sheet to help you follow the steps to healthy eating from Day 1. Don’t forget to tell your friends and family about your commitment to this challenge. Although you have a ton of online support through this group, it’s easier to complete your goals if your family and friends aren’t tempting you with treats. Share your goals with them so they’re on your side! Who knows, maybe they’ll want to join you on your journey too!
