As the students learn about fitness in class, it is important for them to understand that it is not enough to just be active in class. Being active is an every day choice. The links below are provided to help you help your child on the physical fitness tests. When you practice these at home with your child you are reinforcing the importance of being physically active. Together we can help your child improve upon all four fitness tests and help promote lifelong healthy habits.

UNITS OF STUDY IN WELLNESS

In Wellness Education your children will take part in such as fitness, soccer, basketball, dance, gymnastics, hockey, volleyball and more!

Keep your kids fit throughout the year!

Keep your kids moving all year! Send them outside to play. Sign them up for recreation activities. Remember the 3rd and 4th grade students get tested on their fitness early in the school year. All the information you need for each of the four tests is on this site. Look above and check it out!
