Video from the Principal will return next week.
Lord, send down Your Spirit to guide me during Advent this year. May the Holy Spirit help me journey closer to You and lift me up when I feel down and lead me when I feel lost. I may stumble at times, but I know my ultimate journey is to draw closer to You and build Your kingdom here on earth–a kingdom that Jesus’s birth, life and death helped secure. Amen.

Be the I in Kind Assembly
I am the Light
On Wednesday, we gathered to celebrate our “Be the I in Kind” theme. Our November kindness award winners were congratulated and presented with their certificates. Students were then introduced to December’s Bible verse and “I Am” statement: “Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify the Lord in heaven.” Matthew 5:14-16
Along with their buddies, students autographed and cut out colorful lightbulbs to replace the leaves on the all-school tree in the hallway. Finally, students were given their very own finger light and joined their buddy for a fun dance party where they danced to songs with the word “light” in the lyrics. How will you shine your light this Advent season?
