Conferences
I hope you had a great opportunity to connect with parents and share their child’s progress to date. Hopefully this week you are able to connect with those that didn't show, perhaps by phone. Please turn in your conference signature form to Kristina. Thank You for all the efforts to make Rankin's walls look great with your student created work on display, I always enjoy when the hallways are colorfully decorated with writing! I do stop and read things on them.

CAHS Marching Band March through
The HS Band will be conducting a “marchthrough” on Friday at approximately 10:25. They are traveling to all the buildings so this is an approximate time….The office will “announce” when they get here and you are welcome to have your students line the hallway outside your classroom to watch them march through. They will come in the east end hallway doors (by 5th grade classrooms) and travel down the hallway to the gymnasium and then circle around the gym and make a return trip back down the hallway. Last year they stopped and played a song in the gymnasium for the students in the gym. Rooms 10, 11 and 12 are welcome to line up in front of the gym or in the gymnasium as they will not travel past the gym. I’m a band mom so, of course, I love the loud marching band as they march through; however, the students also love them and it’s nice to see former Rankin students!
