March Employee of the Month
Rosie Martin, NCESD Migrant Health Secretary, was selected as March Employee of the Month. Congratulations and thanks to Rosie for her many acts of kindness!
Congratulations to Heather Miller!
Heather's little son Aiden was born March 2, 11:13 a.m., weighing 6 lbs. 7 oz. and 19 inches long. Congratulations again to Heather & family!
Rich joins Lincoln at Wenatchee H.S. FBLA
Rich McBride joins "Lincoln" Leon McKinney in congratulating the Wenatchee H.S. DECA Club that competed March 3-5, placing fifth out of 160 DECA programs in the state.

Youth Mental Health First Aid USA Class
Shelley Seslar, NCESD Managing Director of Student Services/Migrant Health Manager, presented March 12 at a WAEOP/WVEOP Professional Development Day at North Central ESD. She shared valuable information for adults assisting young people during crisis prevention.

WVEOP and WAEOP members are deeply appreciative for Shelley taking the time to provide this timely and important information so those who encounter troubled youth will be able to counsel them through whatever crisis they are experiencing.
NCESD Wellness Competition
Thanks to Nancy Zahn, Wellness Committee Chair, and her team for leading the way for the 2016 Wellness Competition! Two weeks of the competition have been completed, and leading the pack is Team Motiv8ed. The names of four lucky participants have been drawn for Arlberg gift cards - Week one: Suzie Morrison and Suzanne Reister; Week two: Teresa Davis and Eldene Wall. Congratulations to all!
Special Note: This first Lunch & Learn "Wenatchee Outdoors" is scheduled tomorrow, March 24 in the Ponderosa Room. Information for ordering shirts will be presented at the staff meeting this Friday, March 25!
