An overview of Mangroves
Most mangroves Grow on muddy soil, sand, peat, and coral rock, very tough trees handles storms, flooding. Mangroves Tend to live in water 100 times saltier than what most plants can tolerate. Many mangrove species survive by filtering out as much as 90 percent of the salt found in seawater as it enters their roots. Some species excrete salt through glands in their leaves.

Red Mangroves

Mangrove woodlands flourish close to the mouths of substantial streams where waterway deltas give a lot of sand and mud. Mangroves are located in Bay areas and close to Sea. For example, there are mangroves located in the coast area of Florida and India.
