Blending Method
Steps
- Sift together or mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl
- Beat all liquid mixture into the dry ingredients together in a small bowl until they are well blended
- Pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients. Mix just enough to moisten the dry ingredients.The batter will be Lumpy!
- Fold in such ingredients as chopped nuts,raisins, chocolate chips,etc.
Mix or sift together dry ingredients and Stir liquid ingredients in separate bowls
Add a hole in the middle pour liquid into dry
Fold in ingredients such as chocolate chips
Biscuit Method
Steps
- Mix all dry ingredients into mixing bowl
- Cut the Fat into dry ingredients (need fat into small pieces, use a pastry blender)
- Whisk liquid ingredients in a different bowl
- Add liquid to dry mix lightly. (DON'T OVER MIX)
- Turn dough onto floured surface and knead lightly(5-10 times)
- Roll dough out and cut with biscuit cutter

pour liquid into dry and mix
Turn dough onto floured surface and knead lightly
Roll dough out and Cut biscuit with with biscuit
Creaming Method
Steps
- Mix dry ingredients into mixing bowl
- Combine solid fat ad sugar until light and fluffy
- Add eggs one at a time and blend well
- Add flour and liquid ingredients alternately until batter is smooth
