Kaizena - The English Teacher's Best Friend

Kaizena is an add-on available through Google Docs Apps that allows teachers to provide direct feedback to students using both voice and written comments. In addition, helpful documents can be attached directly into the feedback and document!

Kaizena launched a new tool that will allow teachers to add voice comments far more easily and much faster! Kaizena has recently introduced their “Kaizena Mini” add-on that will allow you to leave voice comments and written notes on students’ documents within Google Docs itself. This way, you do not have to launch a third party tool to apply these features.

Readability - Make Online Text Easier To Read

Readability

Readability strips away all the fancy formatting and ads on Web pages, rendering articles and stories in a plain, flat and readable manner. The app presents users with three major options: "Read Now" to render the current page in a stripped-down form, "Read Later" to save content into your personal reading list and "Send to Kindle" so that you can take the stripped-down view to your Kindle device or Web reader.

UpTo for Google Calendar adds events discovery to the Web app's repertoire. UpTo allows users to browse through and subscribe to themed public calendars. You can, for example, sign up to calendars displaying the game schedules of your favorite sports teams, the latest blockbuster releases, TV show episodes, and more, with events automatically worked into your Google Calendar for easy viewing and notification.
