Community Connections Website
Hot off the press! We have launched our Community Connections Parent Website.
It lists all the regions throughout CA so teachers who have families in other regions can either send specific newsletters for CC events or simply send the link to the website and families can select the region they are interested in. This is for everyone, not just for teachers. Thank you for your support!
Lending Library
UPDATE Library Curriculum Check Outs: If you are checking out a curriculum from the Lending Library, you now can have that item until June 2020. All other items (readers, puzzles, and games) still have the maximum six month check out period.

High School
What if your Student is falling behind in their courses?
- Does the student have enough quiet, uninterrupted time, every school day, in which to complete studies?
1 hour per school day, per academic course
Electives require 3-4 hours per week
Does the student have a designated place to study?
Are you checking on progress daily? If you do not know how to check the progress of your student's curriculum, ask your HST.
Is the curriculum or platform the right choice for this student?
If a change is needed, the sooner the better, and must be within the first 6 weeks of the semester. High School students can add or drop a class until October 18th. After that, they must stay in all courses and complete the assignments.
Does the student need additional support for a subject?
Educational funds should be spent on core academic support first. Tutors, HQT office hours, and the OSP option of TutorMe is for grades 3-12 are great resources for additional academic support.

Online Subscription Package Updates
Thank you for your remarkable patience while we worked through the implementation challenges with our Online Subscription Package (OSP) this year. We are truly sorry delay of several subscriptions as well as the frustrations those delays have caused you and your students.
The good news is that all of the subscriptions are working; hooray! For those who requested TutorMe, the subscription will be available on Monday, 9/16. We will send an email with login instructions (please be sure to check your spam folder). Unfortunately, some of our families are still experiencing difficulties accessing their subscriptions or need a little assistance in understanding how Clever works.
We're here to help!
Although we are working diligently to answer the backlog of thousands of emails, a video explanation or demonstration is oftentimes far more helpful. Therefore, we are hosting office hours for both teachers and families to provide live support and help answer questions, concerns, troubleshoot, and much more!
Following is our office hour schedule for Tuesday, 9/17 - Thursday, 9/19
