Upcoming College Rep Visits

Attention Juniors and Seniors - The following colleges will be visiting Stony Point in the next few weeks: Univ. of Houston (Oct 18), Abilene Christian (Oct. 22) and Southwestern Univ (Oct. 28). You and your parents can register to attend a college rep visit on the SPHS Counseling Website at https://sites.google.com/a/roundrockisd.org/stony-point-counseling/ or by going to the counseling office.

Fall ASVAB testing for Juniors & Seniors

Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) testing will be on Friday, October 18th. Students are to see their counselor to sign up for the test. The ASVAB is a timed multi-aptitude test, which is given at over 14,000 schools and Military Entrance Processing Stations (MEPS) nationwide and is developed and maintained by the Department of Defense.


The ASVAB test for Juniors & Seniors will be Friday, October 18th. Students, can see their counselor if they wish to sign up for the test. If they have questions, they may also go to the Counseling office. The last day to sign up to take the ASVAB is Wednesday, October 16.

  • Set grade notifications
  • Class schedules
  • Class assignments and grades

  • Transportation designation

  • Parents/guardians must have a Home Access Center (HAC) account to request a student transfer

It's almost Halloween! If you would like Tigers In-Service Hours, you can donate a bag of candy! You can get one service hour per bag of candy donated. Please have candy turned in by Tuesday, October 29, 2019, to D132 or D130.

VARSITY Football Pre-Game Ticket Sales are on the stage in the Cafeteria the day before and day of the Varsity Football Game.

That is on Thursday and Friday most weeks (except when we have a Thursday game, then it is Wednesday/Thursday). Pep Rally Days, I follow the lunch schedule and sales/lunches start earlier but still end at 2:30pm.

The library is selling clear stadium bags! These bags have the STP logo and are compliant with RRISD policies regarding both sizes of the bag and logo size. The bags are $15 each and proceeds benefit library programs.

The Administrative team at Stony Point surprised all staff by personally delivering a "Tiger Appreciation" canvas bag along with a treat! The staff was greatly appreciative and excited about the unexpected surprise and visit. Thank you again Tigers for all you do every day for our students and campus!

*We are looking for OUR amazingly talented students to enter the opportunity of the Reflection's Program!


We want to hear your voice and your story through your original works! We are in search of creative and artistic individuals who want to express their talent in this year's Reflections program. The 2019-2020 theme is "Look Within" and the art categories for entry are dance choreography, film production, literature, music composition, photography, and visual arts. If interested in participating, see the rules, guidelines and entry forms in the links below.

Entries can be submitted to the library from 10/14 through 10/31/19. Any questions can be submitted to our Relections Chair-Pauline Jin:

Texas PTA is excited to announce that scholarship applications are NOW OPEN for eligible high school seniors and faculty members. Applications will remain open through November 15, 2019.
