GOHS students attended the AP Readiness program at UCR in order to receive supplemental, supportive instruction in their respective AP/IB courses. The data shows that attending more than 3 AP Readiness sessions increased the chances of passing a class by 20%, while attending 6 or more raises the student more than 30%.
Also, in 2019 the county conducted a survey of the 756 students who attended the first session asking them to what degree:
"AP Readiness will help me in my AP class and on the exam"
92% agreed very strongly or strongly with this statement
"Today's session was beneficial to my learning"
