HAPPY THANKSGIVING
I hope each and every one of you have a wonderful Thanksgiving with your family and friends! I am thankful for each and every one of you and feel blessed to be part of the Waterford Family!
WATERFORD MISSION
At Waterford Elementary we believe in all students and staff learning and growing together; where innovation, diversity, and relationships are valued.
WATERFORD VISION
American Education Week!!!
Choose Your Attitude, Make Their Day, Be Present, Play
Choose Your Attitude
Thanks to the Grade Level Chairs for their willingness to revamp the Title One Plan. Mark and Gail will be leading the process. Thanks ahead of time for the work that will take place to create our new plan.
Make Their Day
A great big shout out to Eliana and everything she did to help plan for the kindergarten luncheon. Thanks also to Jen, Todd, Doug, Liz, Deb, Melanie, and Valerie plus our two guest servers who helped with getting the food prepared and the cafeteria ready for our guests. Also, a big thank you to Jama for the K artwork! It was great to see the awesome turnout of parents. We had almost 90 in attendance!
Be Present
Thanks to all of the PTO members, parents, and Waterford Staff who helped with the Rise and Roll delivery and organization in the cafeteria. This was definitely a case of "many hands making light the load."
Play
Randy having a little fun with Laura when he asked everyone to make sure they got their donuts before she got to them in the teacher's lounge.

TLT Update
The TLT is working to determine the Cluster Cycle II Strategy in order to ensure alignment with student and teacher need along with Essential Considerations from the TAP Leadership Handbook.
In December, we will be focusing on identifying Critical Elements of a follow up. TLT members will be sharing these with you and ensuring that they are part of follow up in order for consistent and thorough follow up to take place each week.
