Spring Portraits

Spring Portraits are coming home next week. If you do not want them please send them back to school. If you would like to keep them please follow the payment instructions included with them.

Yearbook orders

If you are interested in ordering a yearbook please complete this form and send it back to school with payment by March 21st.

Crazy 8's (5K-2nd grade)

There will be no Crazy 8's after school on Wednesday, March 14th.

Next classes are on March 21st and April 4th.

Open Enrollment and Kindergarten Registration

Open Enrollment starts Monday, February 5th and closes April 30th, 2018. Please see our website for the application process. If your child is currently an open enrollment student there is no need to reapply for that child.


Time to register your 4-year-old (or new to District 5-year-olds) for the 2018-2019 school year. Please fill out and return the registration form, copies are also available at the front office.

Please return the forms as soon as possible but before March 23, 2018.

We offer a 4K extended day for those families that need child care outside of the 4K classroom.

Watch for more information on our 4K Drop-In day in mid-May.

PTC Movie Night-Friday, March 16th

45th Annual Fun Fair- Saturday , April 7th, 10 a.m.-3 p.m.

* Fun Fair packets were sent home this week with youngest/only child. Please watch for them.

* A significant portion of the money raised during our annual Fun Fair has been through our Raffle. We are asking that each Erin School family try to sell 30 raffle tickets. The cost of each ticket is $1.00 or six tickets for $5.00.

In the event that you are unable to participate, please return your raffle tickets to school ASAP so we can redistribute them to families who want to sell more tickets.

Do not throw away the raffle tickets. To maintain our raffle license, we must account for all sold and unsold tickets.

* It takes over 400 volunteers to make our Fun Fair a success. If you would like to volunteer during our Fun Fair please contact Julie Roberts-Pfeifer at kquarters@netwurx.net or return the blue volunteer sign-up sheet (in your fun fair packet) to the front office by April 3rd.

* If you have any baskets or containers that you don’t need anymore, please bring them in to the front office. They will be used to hold our Silent Auction items.

*Donations for the grade baskets are still needed. All donations should be turned in by March 16th. The themes are:
