Diagoras of Rhodes
Boxer Extraordinaire
Story
Born in the 5th century, Diagoras of Rhodes was an olympic boxer in the area of 460 BC. He competed in one Olympic Games, he was a victor in the 79th Olympiad. He also won 4 times at the Isthmiah games as well as twice at the Nemea games. There is no exact record of his career but it seems that he was quite the athlete and legend. He was claimed as a fair fighter and a giant man. The man was good and he knew it too as it was said the he "walked straight on the road of arrogance."
