Tuesday, June 7 will be free dress for the 3rd Grade class through the courtesy of 'Principal' Anderson Yaden-Smith. I am sure every student in that class is smiling big.
This Wednesday the Band will perform a short 'Spring' concert. It will be at 1:30 in the afternoon, upstairs in the Hall (hope it will be cooler than the last two days).
Our 3rd and 4th Grade classes will still be in Choir next year. They are a great singing group and next year they will ALL be upstairs for the masses.
This Thursday will be the Baccalaureate mass at 9:00 AM with a breakfast sponsored by the 7th Grade family.
That same evening will be the Graduation at 6:30.
Next week we have Field Day on Wednesday, June 15. It will be a fun-filled day. All sorts of Physical activities for the children to enjoy the sun and get some exercise in. The P.E. Teacher Mrs. H will be coordinating the activities. All students look forward to this day. And I believe some parents will be barbecuing our hotdogs for lunch. Yeah!!!
June 16 will be the last school mass of School Year 2015-2016. Next year's Student Council Officers will be coordinating the readings and gifts.
AND... Friday, June 17 is the last official day of school. It will also be an Early dismissal day.
Then, your turn. Keep them busy reading and reading and reading and reading. Please make use of the local Library. And if you have Internet available go on IXL for Math.
Stay safe and see you next year
