Dear Anna Borba Families,

We are all happy to have our students back on campus and I'm proud to say they are doing a very good job of following all of our safety procedures.

Here are some ways you can help:

If your child is sick or has any of the symptoms below, please keep them home and notify the office. These are COVID symptoms and we are required to quarantine your child for 10 days if they have any of these symptoms. Keeping our campus as healthy is the best thing we can do for our students and families at this time.

Symptoms to watch for:

fever, chills, cough, sore throat, congestion, runny noise, shortness of breath, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of taste or smell, fatigue, muscle or body aches.

Uniform Reminder:

Anna Borba is a uniform school and we are resuming our uniform policy this year. Our uniform policy is on our website and samples are pictured below.

Our school hours have changed.

School instruction begins at 8:05 am and ends at 3:15pm.

Students should arrive to school by 8:00 in order to be ready to start school at 8:05.

Wednesdays are minimum days. School hours on Wednesdays are 8:05am - 12:05pm

Kindergarten hours are 8:05-11:55 Monday-Friday

Our school office hours are 7:30am -4:30pm

We invite you to provide your input on our school priorities. Select three priorities that you feel are the most important evidenced based interventions for Anna Borba.

PBIS Spotlight

People do their best when they know exactly what is expected of them. At Anna Borba we want every student to succeed and because of that we have high expectations for them.

Introducing Borba Bonus Bucks!

Our students will earn bonus bucks for going above and beyond our school expectations (formally known as Gotcha's). They will be able to trade them in for prizes at our school AVID store. Ask your children if they've earned any Bonus Bucks and ask them to share the great things they are doing to earn these rewards.
