Small changes that can help you make healthier choices in 2015 is the focus of this series of classes. Developed through USDA, these research-based workshops will be an opportunity to come together in a fun and interactive setting to learn about eating healthier and putting more activity in your life.
These six segments designed to help you make healthier choices - foods to increase, foods to decrease, and balancing calories.
The 6 segments are:
- Enjoy Healthy Food That Tastes Great
- Quick, Healthy Meals and Snacks
- Eating Healthy on a Budget
- Tips for Losing Weight and Keeping It Off
- Making Healthy Eating Part of Your Total Lifestyle
- Physical Activity Is Key to Living Well
The sessions will be covered over the course of six days – Wednesday February 4 to March 11 from 6 pm to 8 pm.
