Each week our teachers recognize students that have worked hard, listened to their teachers, and have shown kindness to one another. Congratulations to our Little Giants of the Week!

Achievement Wall

We just wrapped up our end of year testing and we have SO MANY STUDENTS that met their end of the year goal for Kindergarten! We are so proud of these students that read a Level C or above!

We are also proud of our students that continue to master their 100 sight words!

Little Giants- your growth is MIGHTY!

English Learner Recognition

Students that do not speak English as their first language work hard to build their English skills. They work on listening, speaking, reading and writing each day in school. Each year they take the WIDA test to measure their growth in these areas.

When a student demonstrates mastery of both their native language and the English language, they test out of the English-Learner program. We are so proud of our FIVE STUDENTS that have tested out of this program! You have shown you can fluently speak TWO languages!

Congratulations to James, Thian Sang, Mery, Vanthabik, and Lizzie!

Have your kids outgrown their school uniforms? We will graciously accept used uniform donations! Sometimes our Little Giants get a little messy and we need to loan them a change of clothes. Our supply is really low, and we are in need of sizes 4 - 10. Any donations would be greatly appreciated!

Important Information About Chromebooks and Chargers

Big picture
Big picture
Parents, with the potential of bad weather, we will be sending home Chromebooks from time to time. This is a reminder that Chromebooks and chargers should come back to school the next day. Students use their computers each day in class, so it's very important that they have them at school.

I would encourage parents to keep the Chromebook and charger in the backpack unless they are needed for e-learning. If these items are lost, parents will be charged for a replacement.

Charger (damaged, missing)

Chromebook (missing, stolen, damaged beyond repair)
