Through MBSR you will increase patient satisfaction and care. You will regain focus on the important things around you in the moment, ensuring patient medications, procedures and welfare are on point. You will regain the ability to feel compassion towards patients and their family while administering care. You will find yourself happier and healthier spiritually, mentally, physically and emotionally in the midst of the chaos that surrounds you in your daily work life. MBSR is a program dedicated to alleviating stress from an individuals life. Programs include mindful meditation, training in coping strategies, yoga, nutrition and group sessions to ensure all aspects of an individuals health are being healed.


Programs such as these have been offered in prisons, medical facilities, schools, community centers, etc...and have shown significant improvement in attitudes and well being of the participants. Anyone who feels the pressures of everyday life pushing and pulling at them, would benefit from Mindful Based Stress Reduction.
