On Being a Connected Educator

How do we as teachers change? How can schools, districts, and states change through and by way of the experience and voice of teachers? How do we make thoughtful change through our voices and daily practice? One essential way to both grow, develop, and change as well as effect change "around you" is by getting connected to others both near and far.
