Modified Lunch Schedule
As we expect this event to be highly attended, we ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your child’s lunch time.
Please remember that your child’s lunch time IS different than their normal lunch time.
Please note due to seating capacity and our school's enrollment, we will not be able to accommodate siblings eating together. We apologize for this inconvenience as we know your preference would be to eat as a family. We will revisit this again next year as our enrollment will be reduced.
Checking-In at Holiday Lunch
- You may park in the front OR back of the school and enter at Holiday Lunch Entrance 1 OR Holiday Lunch Entrance 2 (please note that this is a side entrance, not the main entrance).
- Upon entering, you will need to be ready to tell our Holiday Lunch Helpers your child’s name and homeroom teacher.
- If you have already paid (which we strongly encourage-see section further down for instructions), you will receive a ticket for your meal(s).
- If you plan to dismiss or check out your student after the Holiday Lunch, you will be given a wrist band for you and your child.
- If you have not paid, you will be able to purchase lunch(es) at this time. Lunch is $4.oo (for visitors, guests, and non-TCES students). You will need to have cash to pay. You will then be given a ticket to proceed to the cafeteria.
How do I find my child to eat with them?
Dismissal and Check Out Procedures for Holiday Lunch:
Do you plan to dismiss/check out your child(ren) after Holiday Lunch?
--If so, please indicate on the RSVP (CLICK HERE for RSVP)
--On the day of the Holiday Lunch, you will receive at check-in a wristband for you and your child.
--When you are exiting (through the Book Fair in the Media Center), you will be expected to show your wristband which indicates that we know your child is being signed out.
-Getting a wristband will speed up your exit
I am unsure if I would like to dismiss/check out my child(ren) after Holiday Lunch...
--If you decide at Holiday Lunch that you want to check out your child(ren), then you will let your child's teacher know and check out in the front office.
Please be patient and flexible during this time… we are anticipating a large crowd and will have extra staff on duty to help us through this. Your help is greatly appreciated.
Please note that we will not be permitting parents/guests down the student hallways.
Seating for the Event (New Set Up this Year)
Where will we sit for the event?
If your child will not have guests for the lunch, we will have them sit in the cafeteria with their teacher and other classmates. We will have distinguished community guests sitting at these tables as well.
If your child HAS guest(s), they will sit at the tables labeled, "Seating for students with parents/guests that are eating Holiday Lunch"
Is your child in 3rd, 4th, and 5th choir? Please note that we have moved the performance area to the gym to help alleviate congestion in front of the stage. You will enter the gym (there will be a banner that says, "Choir Parents Enter Here").
Parking
Where should I park? Please park in the front and back of the school. If at all possible, please consider carpooling, driving your golf cart, or walking if you are able. As you know, we are limited in our parking.

Paying for Holiday Lunch
Cost: Visitor Meals will cost $4.00
Menu: Oven Baked Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, Fruit Mix, Apple Crisp, Dinner Roll, Tea
We encourage everyone to pay before the event to expedite the wait time in line.
To pay for Grandparents and Special Guests:
1.) Log onto the school's website and under Quick Links, select "$ Pay Fees". CLICK HERE
2.) Sign in and add the Holiday Lunch fee to your student's account.
3.) Click the cart in the upper right corner to check out and pay
(if you haven't used this system before, you will need your child's student ID which you can get if you call the school).
To pay for Students' Lunch:
1.) When students go through the lunch line, they will scan their lunch barcode with their lunch number.
2.) This process will pull money from the child's Pay Fees Lunch Account.
3.) If you need to add money to your students lunch account, you will log in to “$ Pay Fees” and under the students name at the top you will see a color bar that says “Lunch Balance”. Click on Add Money. Enter the amount to add and click on “Update Cart” if you are paying for multiple items or “Pay Lunch Only” if you only want to pay for the money your adding to your students lunch account. Click on the cart in the upper right hand corner to check out and pay.

Scholastic Book Fair
If you’d like to take your child to the Scholastic Book Fair while you’re at Holiday Lunch, we welcome you to do that.
If you are signing your child out for early release, please note that you can stay longer. Children returning to class will exit out of the back of the Media Center. We will have staff on hand to make sure that your child(ren) are returned safely to their classroom.
EWallet for the Book Fair:
This year, we are introducing the EWallet! It's a great concept very similar to an e-gift card, allowing kids to shop CASH FREE! Parents/family members create an online account with a preset dollar amount, any unused $$ will be credited back to the purchaser at the conclusion of the book fair.
