Peak June Summer Memo
RISE TOGETHER INSPIRE INNOVATION SCHOLARS FIRST ELEVATE EXPECTATIONS
Happy Summer!
Welcome to Peak Primary for all our new staff and teachers! Happy Summer to our returning teachers and staff, who I hope are resting and enjoying the summer break!
The summer has flown by so far and we have a little over a month before we all reconvene at Peak. I’ve been working hard on getting our systems and focus ready for 2019-2020. For the past week, Melissa, Grant and I have been celebrating and focusing in on our data from STAAR 2019. We have made some great gains in some grade levels and areas as well as have seen areas where we have great room for growth. This data has helped ground the specific and intentional decision making, we have been doing this summer, to set us up for the growth our scholars need from us. In the pictures below you will see the gains that we made in 5th grade and how that work landed us the accolade you see below.
Congratulations to our 5th Grade teachers and scholars on the biggest growth in Meets and Masters in the network! Peak also received accolades for scholar attendance, enrollment shout outs, and highest scholar panorama survey results! WAY to go Peak!
That's it for now, Love you all!
Leetha!
