ONLINE REGISTRATION IS OPEN -
** Please make sure you pay attention to the alternate transportation request information below. Please fill out final forms and the alternate transportation request information ASAP. It will be due July 10th.
Click here to start your online registration for a returning student. You will use your same account from last year. I just completed the registration form for my own kids and it took me less than 5 minutes to complete it. All of the information automatically came over from last year. You will only have to sign each page and update any information that may have changed. It would be helpful to all of us if you could fill this out ASAP.
Parents or Students registering for the first time should see the Parent Playbook document attached below.
You will also get email reminders from Final Forms. These emails will be sent to the email addresses we have on file from last year.
TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION - For those that will be filling out an Alternate Transportation request these will be done within Final Forms. The deadline will be July 10th. Please fill out Final Forms by July 10th with any alternate transportation requests. If you have any questions please contact Eva at evasher@otsegoknights.org or 419-823-4381 ext. 3156
New Instant Alert notification - Starting in July we will be using a new instant alert phone, email, and text system. This will replace your Honeywell account that you managed in previous years. The phone numbers and email that we will use will come from your Final Forms registration that you will submit to us. The phone numbers we will be using will be guardian 1 and 2 phone numbers. The alerts will also be in email form and you can submit several email addresses in final forms when you do your registration. All messages will come in to you as a phone call, text (if the number you supplied was a cell), and email.
GO KNIGHTS!

THE SUNSET JAZZ & ART FESTIVAL
The Fourteenth Annual Sunset Jazz & Art Fest will be held August 19, 2018, from 2:00 p.m. until dusk in Grand Rapids, Ohio. The Grand Rapids Arts Council is pleased to announce the continuing support of Georgeann Kohn’s Optical Shop as The Presenting Sponsor for the ninth consecutive year. And the event would not take place without the local support from many Grand Rapids businesses, resident jazz lovers, and the Village of Grand Rapids. With the help of all the sponsors, this event is still FREE! Many hundreds of visitors from the region have enjoyed this exciting day in the past, and it has become a premiere event in the area.
This regional festival is held on the towpath behind the merchants on Front Street, nestled between the canal and the Maumee River in the village. The canal and the river provide a gorgeous setting for attendees to enjoy the best jazz musicians that Northwest Ohio has to offer. Suzanne Carroll, former host of The Jazz Brunch radio show Sundays on 101.5 “The River”, will be the emcee once again for the day. In addition, the Grand Rapids Boy Scouts will sell hot dogs, pulled pork sandwiches and other food items, as well as water and soft drinks. The Arts Council will sell beer and wine. All downtown businesses will be open during the festival. It is a true community event!
