Santa Strawberries
Strawberries are high in vitamin C. They are the only fruit with seeds on the outside and are also the first fruit to ripen in the Spring. Find more fun food facts at Choosemyplate.gov.
Have a very Green Christmas
Kiwis make a great addition to your diet. Kiwis are a nutritional powerhouse. They have the same potassium content as a banana and more vitamin C than an orange.
Thank You Students
Lemon zest, (the lemon peel), add a boost of flavor and a boost of vitamin C. We added lemon zest to our cheesecake cups, making it extra yummy!
