Spring is in the Air!

March is Women's History Month!
3/2 Read Across America Day celebrating Dr. Seuss's birthday. Which book is your favorite?
3/4 March fourth is Marching Music Day. Celebrate by watching a marching band on Youtube or reading a book about a parade. Marching bands = march forth. Get it?
3/11 Purim Begins at sunset. A time of feasting and merrymaking, giving gifts to one another and helping those who are less fortunate than ourselves.
3/14 Celebrate math on Pi Day. Eat Pie. Play with math. Memorize 10 or even 100 digits of Pi.
3/17 It's St. Patrick's Day! What special tradition happens to the Chicago River?
3/20 Vernal Equinox. It's the official first day of spring in the northern hemisphere.
3/26 National Spinach Day. Enjoy some dark, leafy vegetables. Watch a Popeye cartoon to be inspired.
