Weekly News and Updates - Volume 2 Issue 27 - 3/18/22
Warming Up
It's starting to feel a lot more spring-y on campus here at Fletcher Elementary. The purple blooms of the iceplant are on full display and the maple trees are starting to bud with new leaves. Big changes are on the horizon here. The perimeter fencing project is nearing completion. Every day next week will be a minimum day for conferences. After Spring Break, masks will be optional both indoors and outdoors. We recognize that this will be a huge adjustment for many students, and cause anxiety in others. Our staff will be working tirelessly to ensure that students and adults who continue to wear masks after April 4th are not made to feel anything less than a part of the Fletcher Family.
After Spring Break there will be only 10 weeks left in the school year. Depending on guidance to be released in April, we hope to welcome all families on campus for Open House on April 28th. We'll also be gearing up for an in-person 5th grade promotion ceremony as well. More info to come on those two big events.

Student of the Week - Evangeline!
This week's Student of the Week is Evangeline in Mrs. Sperry's class. Evangeline is not only a friend to all inside the classroom, but she is to all students in other classes as well. She is a model student who works hard to stay on task and support her friends. Her leadership and motivation is inspiring to everyone around her.
Congratulations Evangeline, and thank you for being a phenomenal Falcon!
