This week's edition of the Claver Chronicles includes a Summer Guide for Families (see the attachment below) with pertinent information to help you prepare for returning back to school for another amazing school year! Please be sure to read each headline and click on all the links. All of these documents are also located in the FACTS Family Portal under RESOURCE DOCUMENTS.


I would also like to introduce you to our new Bookkeeper, Ms. Victoria Mount as well as Mr. Ted Degollado (known as Mr. Ted) in the School Office. Please feel free to introduce yourself when you contact us or if they contact you! We are excited to have them on board! You will have an opportunity to meet them at our back-to-school event July 31st.

All balances for the 2021-22 school year MUST be satisfied by July 30. According to the Diocesan Financial Policy, any family with a remaining Beyond the Bell (BTB) balance may not receive BTB services in August until cleared. I am more than happy to work with families to meet financial obligations. Please contact me directly in the School Office or via email at principal@spccs.org to take advantage of this opportunity.

You should have received an email to complete our online re-enrollment process. All families are required to complete the Enrollment Packet. You will be required to pay the enrollment (registration) fee of $200 when you submit your application. Completing the Enrollment Packet secures your child's placement for the 2022-23 school year. If you have not accessed the Family Portal, the previous email contains an easy step-by-step process.

If you have not completed your "Intent to Continue" for the StepUp Scholarship, please do so immediately. If you have completed your scholarship renewal, please email your Scholarship Award letter as soon as possible. Award letters may be brought to the School Office during summer office hours or emailed to coordinator@spccs.org. We will be contacting families this week regarding scholarship award letters. All families must return the scholarship award letter no later than July 15th to be included in the first round of payments from StepUp. SUMMER PROJECTS 2022

Working with an old building with outdated infrastructures to transform learning spaces is not an easy task and it comes with a hefty price tag. The Diocese of St. Petersburg recently approved $100,000 worth of needed repairs to our school building and grounds. All projects are scheduled to take place over the next several weeks! This includes, but not limited to, painting in the main building, landscaping, student laboratory repairs, deep cleaning in classrooms and maintenance repairs.
