Weekly Updates/ Reminders:
- ACTION: All exit ticket info is updated in your data trackers.
- ACTION: Evidence of standards review and MAP "like" questions being implemented.
- Continue to make sure that bulletin boards are up-to-date with evidence of student work, work both in your classroom and in the halls should be updated frequently.
- Lesson plans must be posted and available upon request to any visitor.
- Math Stations/ Task Menus are up and running-- we still have not received updated schedules from everyone.
- Check your PST/PLC agendas prior to each weeks meetings and insure you are prepared.
- ACTION: MAP prep should be intentional planned, included in lesson plans and evident in all 3rd - 6th grade classrooms.
- Updated and typed schedules are posted on the wall outside of all classrooms, under your name plate.
- Attendance calls MUST be made daily for all absent students.

- Exit tickets must be logged into master trackers for ELA and Math on a daily basis.How are using your exit tickets to drive your instruction?
- Student Work Samples: Look at student work samples on a daily basis looking for misconceptions, trends, patterns and ways to change instructional strategies.
- Guided Reading/ Math Stations-- plans created and implemented for each small groups based on individual needs (we must see evidence of these plans when we observe)
