The day includes; Inventions, Makers, Artists, Global Connections, Innovators, Nature and Engineers. In order to make this day a reality for our students, PARENTS, GUARDIANS, & GRANDPARENTS are welcome to engage students in one of the theme projects. We need you to share with our students your job, talents, hobbies or expertise. Any help you can offer - from planning and organizing an activity that uses your expertise, to donating resources, to showing up on the day to help kids explore. Any amount of time and effort is appreciated.

Manor School is Changing Lives in Uganda Through Clean Water!
A note from the Ugandan Water Project:
"I'm excited to share that 4 of the 6 rainwater collection systems Manor School's third grade students sponsored this winter have been completed and are now transforming the lives of people in Uganda. Because of your support, 1128 students and teachers at 4 schools now have access to clean, safe drinking water.
Let that sink in! More than one thousand people have on-site access to clean, safe water access right at their school.
Manor School did that!
We're so grateful that you and your 3rd grade students chose to partner with the Ugandan Water Project to give water and give life to Ugandan students and teachers for years to come. To see all the details on the first 4 projects of this set of 6 you sponsored, check out the impact reports below, where you'll find photos, GPS coordinates, survey data, and more. I'm also happy to be able to share a video from Jess Alinaitwe, filmed personally for you and your students talking about your reports and impact. You can view that video here.

A Note From Our Nurse
We are seeing increasing Covid cases at Manor School this month. Please remember, if your child is sick, they should stay home until feeling well and symptoms have greatly improved. This includes nausea, stomach ache, diarrhea, sore throat, coughing and sneezing, headache that is unusual for your child, and nasal congestion/runny noses. Additionally, students must be fever free, without fever reducing medication, for greater than 24 hours before returning to school. A negative covid test is required for return to school after illness. We are now able to accept the results of rapid home tests, which should help with ease of testing. Thank you for working together to keep all of the kids in our district safe and healthy!
