How long have you been at Stony Point? 2 yearsWhat is your position at Stony Point? CTE Teacher - Law Enforcement
What do you love about your job? What's not to love about this job! I love teaching the students about things related to Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement from a real world perspective. I also enjoy raiding the shelves in our campus library to find the next good book. AND, I absolutely love working with the faculty and staff. I'd say that's a great recipe for job satisfaction.
What are your hobbies? Reading, watching sports, making arts & crafts, spending time with my family, getting my nails done, and SHOPPING!

Tigers on Time Information
If you are picking up your student from school, here's the 411 to make your life easier!
- Send a signed note with your student indicating what time they will be picked up. Have them bring the note to the front office BEFORE SCHOOL to obtain a pass from class. They'll be waiting for you in the office when you arrive. (Optional form is attached for your convenience.)
- Car traffic is not allowed while the buses are out front. Pick up before 3:55 pm.
- ONLY those individuals listed on your student's file, with photo ID, will be permitted to sign them out of school. Phone calls and email requests will not be accepted. Prepare now by coming in person with photo ID to add authorized adults to pick up your student. See Mrs. Arzola or Mrs. Gamboa to add authorized adults.
- If your student is driving, then still send a note but be specific in stating that you give them "permission to drive themselves off campus". List your phone number so that we can call you to verify. Have them come by the office before school for a pass.
IB Students, stay in the loop.
Parents, take advantage of RRISD's learning opportunities
Parent University is available to you!
Parent University is a division of Round Rock Independent School District’s Parent Programs offering learning opportunities for parents.
Our vision is “Empowering Parents Through Education.” We strive to connect the home to the school providing parents with tools and resources to increase parental and family engagement.
All our class offerings are tuition free. They are held on the Title I school campus as well as the District Family Resource Center. The classes are facilitated and/or taught by a Parent Liaison. Parents are welcomed to attend classes of their interest at any of the locations. Class schedule.
