Teacher & Staff Appreciation 2021
Looking for a way to honor that special teacher or staff member?
Now Open: Teacher & Staff Appreciation Campaign
To honor our teachers and staff for their hard work and dedication, especially during this very challenging year, we would like to remind everyone that our Teacher & Staff Appreciation campaign is a contactless way for families to honor a special SASD teacher or staff member.
Gifts of any amount are welcome and appreciated. Donations are used to provide additional resources and learning opportunities in the Souderton Area School District public schools. Donations of all sizes are making a tremendous impact in classrooms across the district.
HOW TO MAKE YOUR DONATION:
- Go to: https://forms.donorsnap.com/form?id=38a7edb2-fe26-437c-b59f-9d61a519e7fe
- Enter your contact and payment information and you’re set!
*Keep in mind that the IVEF is an approved 501(c)(3) organization, so your donation is tax deductible. The IVEF is also eligible for many corporate matching programs so you can double your donation and the impact it has in our schools!
Your teacher will be notified of your donation with a certificate acknowledging your generous gift in their honor. Personal messages can be included. You can even acknowledge multiple teachers in one easy transaction!
Please complete your donation by Friday, June 4th!
Many thanks for your support,
The Indian Valley Education Foundation

Heath and Safety Reminders
May 2nd, 2021
To help distinguish COVID-19 symptoms from allergy symptoms, the Montgomery County Office of Public Health provides a "Seasonal Allergies or COVID-19?" resource. A reminder that the CDC has identified the symptoms listed below as being common to both allergies and COVID-19:
- Cough
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Fatigue
- Headache
- Sore throat
- Congestion or runny nose
If your child is experiencing any of the symptoms described, please contact your healthcare provider, inform them of your child’s symptoms, and follow their advice.
All individuals not previously covered who are 16 and older and do not have a contraindication to the vaccine, are eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. For more information, please visit the PA Department of Health's COVID-19 Vaccines page, along with the Montgomery County Office of Public Health's Get the Facts about COVID-19 Vaccines flyer.
*Montgomery County offers registration for the COVID-19 vaccine on their COVID-19 Vaccine Registration page.
