第1步
米在冷水中浸泡30分钟,其间将里脊肉和菠菜分别切好,肉用酱油、料酒、白胡椒粉抓拌匀后腌制片刻.
- Mǐ zài lěngshuǐ zhōng jìnpào 30 fēnzhōng, qíjiān jiāng lǐjí ròu hé bōcài fēnbié qiè hǎo, ròu yòng jiàngyóu, liàojiǔ, bái hújiāo fěn zhuā bàn yún hòu yān zhì piànkè.
- Soak rice in cold water for 30 minutes, during which time Tenderloin and spinach chopped, respectively, the meat with soy sauce, cooking wine, white pepper and mix well then catch the moment.

米入锅加入足够的开水和鸡汤料,开大火,等到沸腾.
- Mǐ rù guō jiārù zúgòu de kāishuǐ hé jītāng liào, kāi dàhuǒ, děngdào fèiténg.
- Add enough boiling water and chicken feed, open fire, until boiling.

沸腾后,转入最小火,将肉丝撒入锅中,而后半盖锅盖慢煮20-25分钟.
- Fèiténg hòu, zhuǎn rù zuìxiǎo huǒ, jiāng ròu sī sā rù guō zhōng, érhòu bàn gài guō gài màn zhǔ 20-25 fēnzhōng.

出锅前撒入菠菜,菠菜烫变色后关火即可.
