Think, Make, Innovate: littleBits Inventions
In this month's episode, we visited Regina in Iowa City's 8th-grade social studies class. The class was not only tasked with coming up with an original invention using a littleBits kit and understanding the circuitry but also needed to manage money, create an inventory to be able to communicate how their invention could be used to within an economy.
THANK YOU to Joan Belknap for allowing us to check out this great connection of making & social studies! You have to check out her amazing lesson plan to see how they connected this with their social studies curriculum.
