The National Propane Gas Association (NPGA) requires you to pass the Certified Employee Training Program (CETP) which is a course and at the end there’s a skill assessment. This assessment and course will provide on the job training for anyone interested in such an amazing job. It is also used to provide standard conditions to be used in their job.
Basic Skills- Obviously be a good salesman and most importantly, KNOW YOUR PRODUCT.
