There are a ton of events happening around campus this week! Look forward to Thanksgiving Dinner for food, fellowship and help to prepare all you freshman for your last chemistry test of the semester! Finals are around the corner, let's make these last 2 weeks count! Hope to see you all at the Vandy vs Kentucky game this Saturday as 11:00 AM!

Delta Sigma Theta Presents: Furthest Thing From Perfect
Tuesday, Nov. 12th, 7:30pm
Join the Mu Rho Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. as we host a multi-racial, multi-gender student panel discussion about perceptions of beauty in the opposite sex, personal body image issues, and how to balance the care of one's image and self-esteem with one's professional life!

NBLSA First General Body Meeting
Wednesday, Nov. 13th, 6:30pm
Considering law school? Want to learn how you should begin your law school search? Wondering what NBLSA has planned for the rest of the year? Then be sure to come to NBLSA's first general body meeting. We will be discussing all of the new and exciting events that will be happening next semester, and we will be taking suggestions on how NBLSA can be more of a service to you! So mark your calendars! Food will be served!
Diversity Graduate Fair

Are you interested in getting in a summer research or graduate school (master’s or PhD) program or learning more about the process? If so, you definitely should attend the Diversity Graduate Fair on Tuesday, November 12th from 4 pm – 7:30 pm in the Vanderbilt University Commons Center Multi-Purpose Room (2nd floor, Rooms 235/237). This is the first time that so many top research institutions will visit Vanderbilt specifically to recruit students like you!

Kenya Dig it Presents: The Biggest Band-Aid
Wednesday, Nov. 13th, 6pm
Come cheer on some of Vandy and Belmont's finest talent!
Included in this list of performers are the a capella all-stars, “The Meladores” and powerhouse singers: Julia Cole, Megan Piphus, and Nate Banks. Also joining this list will be Belmont artists Hannah Allison and The Keeps!
You determine the winner by voting with cash donations to your favorite performers’ bucket (e.g. 50 cents, a dollar, 5 dollars etc.) All proceeds will be donated to Uhuru Child to help support sustainable business and fund education in Jikaze Kenya. The performer with the most money at the end will take home the coveted title of “Biggest Band-Aid”.
Come learn about Kenya Dig It, listen to some incredible performers, and eat delicious food!
Tickets are $10/person, on the wall Monday Nov 4th, Tuesday Nov 5th, and Tues Nov 12th from 11-2

VOP Presents: Gospel ExtraVUganza!

Vanderbilt's Voices of Praise at our annual Winter Concert, Gospel ExtraVUganza! We invite you to come and praise the LORD with us on next Saturday November 16, 2013 @ 1pm sharp in Sarratt Cinema. All 5 of our ministries will be ministering (Gospel Choir, Chosen Step Team, Liturgical Dance, Mime, Spoken Word) and we will also have special guests!
