Finals

SCHS Finals start on Tuesday, January 11th and end on Friday, January 14th.

-The following link has the Final Exam Schedule SCHS 21-22 Final Exam Schedule
-For specific information about how to qualify to exempt first semester finals, please review the following link Final Exam Exemption Policy
-I am also including a link of Frequently Asked Questions About The Final Exam Exemption Policy that should answer any and all questions about Final Exam Exemptions and when students are allowed to miss and be at school during finals.
-In order for students to leave school during finals, parents will be required to fill out and sign a Final Exam Travel Permission Form.
-Paper copies of the Final Exam Exemption Policy, Frequently Asked Questions About The Final Exam Exemption Policy, and the Final Exam Travel Permission Form will be available in the main office starting on Monday, December 6th.
-A signed Final Exam Travel Permission Form is due to the main office (Ms. Stendal) by 3 pm on Thursday, January 6, 2022.

-Travel Permission Forms turned in after 3 pm on Thursday, 1/6/22 WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

ACT Registration Deadline

The deadline to register for the February 12th, 2022 ACT is January 7th.

College-bound students are encouraged to take at least one ACT their junior year.

Winter Wonderland Decorating Contest

The NHS put on the Winter Wonderland Decorating Contest again this year.

Below are some pictures.

Everyone who participated did an amazing job!! It is so much fun to see all of the holiday spirit around the building and how much talent the staff and students have.

A Christmas Story- Counseling Dept Every window was a different scene from the movie and we even had our own leg lamp. We also all dressed up as a different Ralphie.	Its A Wonderful Life- Social Studies Dept Every door was a different scene from the movie and they dressed up in different attire to fit the movie!! Well done guys!!	Home Alone- Art & IT Dept The 1st place winners, the Art/IT dept did an amazing job of decorating their hallway with scenes from all 3, Home Alone movies. Well deserved winners.
