As utilization is still on the rise, so is prevention & disease management! Our members have proven their resolve goes beyond a new years resolution, healthy lifestyle habits is our M.O. With every kettlebell class, every yoga & spin class, every PT session, every run to the Greenway, we are establishing a habit that will last the rest of our lives!
One of the things that sets us apart from the typical health club is our strategic focus on relationship formation and accountability. We are a leadership team that supports your personal health mission, and all of our programs are pragmatic. Believe it or not, there are those who actually love to train! For others we have systems in place to make you feel more comfortable and get your engine going. Group trainings / classes are a great way to make it fun & keep the motivation strong. The more friendships you create the stronger the bond to finish the goal.

Fascia or Connective Tissue is the new Buzz word these days. It is that stretchy & strong tissue that connects muscle to muscle, muscle to bone and literally gives your body its form.
Exercising and working out puts tremendous stress on the body’s tissue if it’s not stretched and lengthened on a maintenance basis.
Learning to lengthen the connective tissues within the body is as easy as incorporating some type of Deep Tissue Stretch Therapy, Massage or Yoga/Pilates, something with long and deep stretches, giving the tissue a chance to relax and strengthen itself properly.
A Deep Tissue Stretch Therapy session with a qualified therapist has been proven to provide a far greater improvement in flexibility over traditional static stretching.

*Stretch Therapy with Karen- Tuesdays and Thursdays and by appointment.
*Personal Training Options- 1, a pack of 6 or 12!
*Group Training Options- Special pricing for buddy training and groups of 3, 4, 5 and 6!
*Spray Tan with Dawn- Fridays and by appointment.
*Dry Cleaning Service- Pick up and drop on Mondays & Thursdays.
*Massage Therapy- Chair or table massage- Wednesdays (Monday this week) & Fridays.
*Chiropractic Care- Thursdays with Dr. JJ from 10am to 1pm.
